had a great stay at the marlborough hotel. the bedroom and bathroom was super clean and comfy. the staff were really friendly and helpful. enjoyed the electric heater in the room, kept it warm on that cold night. breakfast was tasty and fresh too.
only downside was it was a bit noisy from the bar downstairs, and the parking situation is not as great as expected.

Charming place with nice breakfast!
We had such a nice stay at this charming spot. The room was super comfy and I loved the old beams and woodwork. really gave it a cozy vibe. Breakfast was delish and served nicely, though I wished it started a bit earlier on weekends. A cute lounge area would have been a nice touch too!

Opt for a room away from the bar for a quieter experience, especially if you need a restful night.

The four-poster bed in our suite was super cozy, and we really enjoyed the delicious breakfast with perfectly cooked scrambled eggs. Relaxing on the sunny terrace and in the quaint garden was a perfect way to unwind after a long day. Parking can be a bit tight, but just talk to the staff if you need help adjusting your car. 😊

I recently stayed at the Marlborough hotel and felt that the location was its best feature. Nestled right at the end of the high street, it provided easy access to nearby restaurants and shops. The room I booked was well-appointed and comfortable, which made my stay cozy. The electric heater worked great on a cold night, keeping me warm and snug. Staff members were friendly and really attentive to my needs. Breakfast was served fresh and tasty, adding to my pleasant experience. I did face some issues. the walls seemed quite thin. Noise from the bar downstairs was a bit disruptive, making it hard to fully relax at times. The parking situation wasn't ideal either, as finding a spot nearby proved to be a challenge at times.

The stay was quite comfortable. the room was clean with a cozy atmosphere, and the bed was just right for a good night's sleep. The location was excellent, with easy access to local attractions. We enjoyed the fresh breakfast options that were available each morning. the bathroom could use some updates, and we did experience a minor issue with a blocked sink during our visit. it was a pleasant stay, and I would consider returning.
